I cannot recommend LA Motors enough. While we had a very difficult and disorganized experience with the external finance broker, Jessi and Luca at the dealership were the complete opposite. They were professional, patient, and truly cared about our situation. When the finance broker left us waiting for over 3 hours , the team stepped up and released the vehicle so we could finally get home. They turned a stressful six days into a success. If you're looking for a team that prioritizes the customer, this is the place.

Walking into LA Motors was a breath of fresh air! Unlike your typical car dealership, Luca & Jesi weren’t pushy and they were so honest and transparent the whole way through. Incredible service and quality cars! The whole experience was really positive and easy. Dealt with the owner and then luca on site, this was a amazing and i mean amazing experience, not only was it my first financed vehicle so it was already a bit tricky, but it was my first expensive car purchase, they made it basically seamless and smooth experience especially with having to fly from nsw to qld to get the car, there was absolutely no hassle and they were absolutely lovely, they had it professionally cleaned and even replaced the battery to my key ! would recommend anyone to buy from here, absoluelty amazing service coming from someone who works as a car salesman for KIA !
